Arsenal have had enough of forward Nicolas Pepe and have offered him to the Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain, according to a French outlet Foot Mercato.

The Ivorian signed for the Gunners for a club-record £72 million three years ago. A lot was expected of the player after his sensational final term at Lille, but things just have not worked out for the player in North London.

In 112 appearances for his side, Pepe has scored 21 times and provided 27 assists across all competitions.

Youngster Bukayo Saka is the team’s undisputed first-choice right wide man. That isn’t going to change as long as he is at the club, which is why Mikel Arteta and co. want Pepe gone in the summer.

The report says that they have ‘lost patience’ with the 26-year-old and don’t believe it is worth keeping him at the Emirates Stadium anymore.

He will enter the final 24 months of his contract next month, and the Spanish tactician feels it is the right time to sell him.

Nicolas has already been offered to a couple of clubs, including Les Parisiens. The French giants are looking to replace outgoing Angel Di Maria, and Barcelona star Ousmane Dembele is their priority target.
