West Ham United are targeting a swoop for Everton’s £60m-rated forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin, according to the latest reports.

The Irons are chasing the fourth spot in the Premier League after barely missing out on qualifying for UEFA Champions League football last term.

David Moyes is planning to bolster his options in the final third, with Michail Antonio the only senior recognised number nine in his squad.

The Sun state that Moyes is prepared to ‘push the boat out’ for Dominic, but the Toffees’ current valuation is too high for them.

If the club drop their price this month, or the summer transfer market, the Hammers will be ‘pushing to the head of the queue’ for him.

Dominic, who has missed large portions of the campaign with injuries, has also been mentioned with a move to Arsenal.

But Mikel Arteta’s side appear to be focusing their centre-forward search on Fiorentina’s Dusan Vlahovic, and have allegedly submitted an offer of £50 million plus Lucas Torreira for the 21-year-old Serbian.

However, the Gunners are yet to receive a response from Dusan’s agents, while the player is said to be holding out for a switch to Manchester City.
