Fiorentina forward and Arsenal target Dusan Vlahovic allegedly has no plans to quit the club in the January transfer window.

The Serbia international has snubbed the chance to extend his current contract with La Viola beyond June 2023 and is expected to be lured somewhere else next summer.

A January departure for Dusan has also been mooted, but the Serie A side are thought to be after a £55 million figure to sanction an exit midway through the campaign.

According to CorriereFiorentino, Dusan – who has been linked with the Gunners, Manchester City, Manchester United and Tottenham Hotspur – has no interest in seeking pastures new in the near future.

The report also says that Mikel Arteta’s side came forward with a new-and-improved proposal for Vlahovic, but the 21-year-old striker wants to remain with his team for the rest of the season.

The towering attacker has 14 goals to his name from 16 matches in all tournaments this term, including Fiorentina’s second in a 3-1 Serie A win against Sampdoria on Tuesday.

In other news, Tottenham Hotspur are allegedly interested in landing Napoli and Italy international Lorenzo Insigne, who is also on the radar of Arsenal.

He has featured in 413 matches across an 11-year period for I Partenopei, scoring 114 goals and grabbing 91 assists.
