Liverpool are allegedly considering letting out-of-favour players Neco Williams and Nat Philips quit the club in this January’s transfer market.
The stars are both poised to leave the Merseyside outfit in the pursuit of regular senior team football which does not seem likely to happen at Anfield.
Neco has only made one PL appearance for his team this season as a sub but the 20-year-old Welshman knows he needs regular minutes under his belt in order to stand any chance of earning a spot in his country’s national team in their World Cup play-off semi-final match against Austria in March.
Nat’s future with the Reds is not looking any brighter and the 24-year-old defender who made 17 starts for Jurgen Klopp’s side last campaign is also seeking pastures new.
And the board are willing to grant the pair their wishes before the transfer market closes at the end of January, according to Sky Sports.
Neco’s impressed on international duty in 2020’s Euros and Liverpool will only sell the youngster for a sum of at least £10 million.
But Nat will cost any interested sides considerably more as the English giants are demanding no less than £15 million for him.
