Liverpool are reportedly targeting their third transfer of the January market as they consider a move for young midfielder Pedro Brazao.
The 17-year-old OGC Nice player is being touted as a future star and made his debut for the French side last season.
Jurgen Klopp’s side have already made two signings in this window after bringing in Japan international Takumi Minamino from Salzburg and forward Joe Hardy from Brentford.
And now Liverpool are thought to be weighing up the third signing with young Brazao in their thoughts, according to a report by RMC Sport.
Liverpool will not be unrivalled in their interest, however, as the Portuguese Under-19 international is also being looked at by some of the European clubs.
Brazao is understood to be interesting PSG, who could offer him a way to stay in France at his young age as well as playing for the best club in the country.
Bayern Munich are also said to be an interested party, while Sporting CP in his native Portugal are reportedly prepared to bring him back home.
He offers versatility as he can play on either wing or behind the striker. His maturity has seen him called up to Patrick Vieira’s senior team after breaking through the Academy, and he made his debut at the end of the last season.
It appears he still needs to develop as this campaign he has played just once off the bench, but the Reds would be able to offer him a place in their youth roster alongside a number of rising stars.
