Paris Saint-Germain attacking midfielder Julian Draxler will cost Liverpool £50 million if they want to land him this summer transfer window, according to German newspaper Bild.
The German outlet state that Jurgen Klopp wants to press through a deal to sign the former German side Schalke attacker to fill the vacant position left by Philippe Coutinho.
The player joined the French club for €42 million back in January 2017 and the free-spending Paris Saint-Germain want to make money on the German international.
Julian has fallen out of favour in France coming after the arrival of Neymar from Barcelona. He has only be in charge to start 17 times in Ligue 1 this term, netting three goals along the way.
Systematic game time has been limited for Julian and when he has presented, it has often come into a deeper midfield position. Germany international has been linked with a move to Liverpool for some time, with his fellow compatriot thought to be a big admirer.
This season, in all competitions (Ligue 1, Champions League, Coupe de France, Coupe de la Ligue), Draxler has made 39 appearances, netted 4 goals and provided 9 assists.
