The Guardian have stated that Borussia Dortmund are looking to raid former head coach Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool squad and take Rhian Brewster to Bundesliga, ahead of the January transfer window.

The Reds are seemingly willing to let 19-year-old Rhian leave on loan in January, after handing the England U21 star his debut in the Carabao Cup versus MK Dons.

The report states Leeds are said to be considering Rhian, given that Arsenal may look to recall youngster Eddie Nketiah come January.

That is because Brewster’s England U21 teammate hasn’t been playing enough games at Elland Road. Other PL sides have been linked with Brewster, including Aston Villa and Crystal Palace.

Now, Champions League side Dortmund are interested in Brewster – though it remains to be seen if the club want him on loan or permanently.

Jadon Sancho’s decision to swap Manchester City for die Borussen has paid dividends. The teenage attacker is one of the most feared attackers in Germany and he has already clocked up more than 10 caps for his country.

Liverpool, though, simply cannot let the player go. Brewster has an enormous future ahead of him, and a loan transfer would be ideal, something that is unlikely at Borussia Dortmund but Jadon’s success at Dortmund may just turn Rhian’s head.

Meantime, Manchester United are reportedly attempting to secure a deal for Atalanta loanee Dejan Kulusevski ahead of the January transfer market.

After contributing three goals and five assists during his loan stint with Parma, the 19-year-old talent has emerged as a transfer target for a host of top European clubs.
