Manchester United and their league rivals Tottenham Hotspur have positioned themselves to land Ivan Perisic, with the Croatia attacker appearing to move further away from a remain with Bayern Munich.

Perisic is on loan at Die Roten from Italian giants Inter Milan, but the German club have passed on an option to land him permanently for €20 million.

Inter Milan now want €15 million for Perisic, but Bayern Munich don’t want to meet the new asking price, although the forward is set to stay on loan at the club until the end of the summer.

The signs are pointing towards Ivan not staying at Bayern Munich for the 2020/21 campaign, according to a German outlet Fussball Transfers.

It is stated though that Perisic won’t be short of options as the Red Devils and Spurs have already knocked on his door.

Ivan’s preference has been to stay at German outfit, but the Bavarians are expected to sign another player imminently in the shape of Leroy Sane.

The 31-year-old star has made 30 appearances for his current club this campaign, scoring six goals and providing nine assists.

Ivan has played his football in Italy, Germany and Belgium, and it remains to be seen if he will sample England’s top tier.

In other news, Victor Lindelof believes the arrival of Bruno Fernandes has brought a new level of creativity to Manchester United. Th

“He’s been great ever since he signed. Straightaway he showed his quality and he came in and wanted the ball and created a lot of chances for us” Victor told

“So he’s been brilliant and he can keep improving and keep doing the same things. We have some really good players up there.

“I think once again they showed what they can do on the pitch and then when we keep the ball like that they can control the game for us. So it’s quite nice to watch them play football.”
