Man Utd emissaries ran rule over Turkey U21s star on Tuesday

Manchester United scouts watched Fenerbahce sensation Omer Beyaz in action for Turkey U21s against England on Tuesday, reports in Turkey say.

The midfielder caught the eye of several European giants after he made his senior debut for Turkish club Fenerbahce at the age of just 16 earlier this year.

He has made five senior appearances for the Turkish Super Lig giants so far and appears to be on Manchester United’s transfer radar.

According to Turkish outlet Sabah, the Red Devils’ scouts were present in the stands as the ace played in Turkey U21s’ 2-1 defeat to England on Tuesday.

It remains to be seen whether the 20-times English champions’ scouts submitted a positive report on the 17-year-old creative midfielder.

Manchester United’s league rivals Liverpool have also been linked with keeping a close watch on the playmaker’s development.

He has yet to feature for Fener’s senior team this year but was an unused substitute in their top-flight clash with Karagumruk earlier this month.

Fenerbahce’s management will be hoping to keep hold of Omer amongst growing interest in the highly-rated youngster’s services.

In other news, Real Madrid and Barcelona are allegedly monitoring Manchester United midfielder, Bruno Fernandes.

The 26-year-old star has been a huge success for United since arriving from Sporting CP in January, scoring 14 times and registering 10 assists in 26 games in all competitions.

There have been suggestions that Bruno is losing faith in Red Devils boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, though, while he was reportedly unhappy with the club’s summer transfer business.

According to The Sun, Los Blancos and Blaugrana are preparing to battle for the Portugal international amid reports that he could be ready to move on at the end of the 2020-21 term.
