Manchester United and Tottenham are ready to make offers to sign to Bruno Fernandes to his representative Miguel Pinho.

The Sporting Lisbon star’s entourage is in the UK to hold talks with suitors, with the Premier League duo among the sides keen on landing the Portuguese.

Manchester United and Spurs are poised to submit their proposals to Pinho, which will then be handed over to Sporting Lisbon. The Red Devils have repeatedly been linked with Bruno Fernandes, as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer targets two new midfielders this transfer window.

Solskjaer also wants Newcastle’s Sean Longstaff, but the United manager is keen to add the Englishman and Bruno Fernandes to his ranks. With Sporting Lisbon requesting over £60 million for their prized asset, they are yet to receive any official proposals. But that may be about to change with Pinho in Great Britain and talks with the two interested clubs.

Liverpool have also been linked with the 31-goals midfielder, but the Europan champions have been tipped for a quiet summer of transfers.

Manchester United and Champions League finalists Tottenham, on the other hand, have already made big signings with London-based side breaking their record on Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele, who also was a transfer target for the 20-times English champions.

Meanwhile, Barcelona told Manchester United to pay €60 million for Samuel Umtiti if they want to land the France international this summer transfer window with the player keen on staying at Nou Camp.
