Ligue 1 club not interested in selling their prized asset linked with Arsenal



Ligue 1 side LOSC Lille have reportedly ruled out a January exit for their key man and Premier League giants Arsenal transfer target Nicolas Pepe, amid interest from Unai Emery’s side, according to a report.

According to football news website Calciomercato.com, LOSC Lille’s president has stated that they would even reject an offer of €100 million for the impressive forward.

Nicolas Pepe has been in good form for his side in Ligue 1 and has started to drawn interest from a host of clubs.

La Liga champions Barcelona and the London-based outfit Arsenal are thought to be the two frontrunners, in spite of LOSC Lille being adamant that he will not be sold.

Unai is eager to add to his Gunners squad in January and a wide man is one of his top priorities, along with a central defender. English star Gary Cahill has been heavily connected with a loan move to Arsenal from Chelsea.

Nicolas Pepe has been in wonderful form in the latest matches as the Ivorian star has 12 goals and 5 assists in 18 Ligue 1 appearances for Lille so far this campaign.
