According to the latest report from a British tabloid newspaper, the Sun, EPL giants Manchester United have entered the hunt to sign Ajax ace David Neres, although they will face heavy competition from Arsenal for his services.

The 22-year-old Brazilian has been wonderful for the Dutch outfit this campaign, racking up a stunning 12 goals and 15 assists in 45 matches in all competitions so far.

David has so much talent, and Neres will certainly go on to become one of the game’s best stars.

The Sun states that Ajax value the attacker at £45 million, and the Old Trafford outfit have entered the race to land him.

The Gunners want the South American, according to the Sun, and the London-based heavyweights could be set to battle it out with the league rivals for the him this summer.

The 22-year-old star possesses blistering pace, has the exceptional technical ability, and David’s direct playing style makes the star ideally suited to the intense nature of England’s top tier.

Whether Arsenal or Manchester United win the race for the player’s signature, however, remains to be seen.

Meanwhile, Algerian star Ismael Bennacer has enjoyed a stunning season in Serie A with Empoli, and has drawn the attention of fellow Italian side Napoli and French club Lyon.

Bennacer joined Arsenal back in 2015 as a youngster and featured once for Arsenal before joining Tours, then Italian club on a permanent basis in 2017 for around £900,000.

And now, according to Le10Sport, Les Gones are battling Partenopei for the 21-year-old star’s signature, but both possible deals could be ruined as Arsenal plan to activate buy-back clause and bring the star back to Emirates Stadium.
