Chelsea youngster Faustino Anjorin would prefer to stay with the club unless he receives a loan offer that he cannot turn down, according to The Athletic.
The 20-year-old midfielder Connor Gallagher joined a long list of Chelsea stars to move away from Stamford Bridge on loan after he sealed a temporary move to West Bromwich Albion on Thursday.
While the likes of Ethan Ampadu, Michy Batshuayi and Kenedy have left the Blues to put pen to contract on loan deals elsewhere, more players are expected to follow suit.
One Chelsea talent who could possibly go out on loan is 18-year-old playmaker Anjorin.
He would ideally be a loan candidate for the PL giants, but the teenager would prefer to remain at the club unless he gets a very promising offer.
The midfielder rose through the ranks at the Blues’ academy and went on to make his senior debut for the club last term, clocking minutes against Everton and Grimsby Town in the top-flight and EFL Cup, respectively.
While it remains to be seen if Faustino will move out on loan, another talent, Jake Clarke-Salter, is likely to seal his fifth temporary transfer in the transfer market.
The 22-year-old star spent last season on loan at Birmingham City and could potentially return to the Championship for the 2020/21 season.
Shot-stopper Nathan Baxter is also expected to join the list of the Blues loanees, with the Blues planning to send the player out once they seal the signature of Edouard Mendy from Rennes.
