Chelsea seem to have found a possible suitor for one of their out of favour players, these European heavyweights are considering a loan swoop for the Blues misfit.

According to Goal, Ligue 1 club Paris Saint-Germain are plotting a season-long loan swoop for Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko, it is understood that the French side’s offer for the star will include an option to make the reported deal permanent.

Chelsea splashed the cash to sign the Frenchman in the summer of 2017, as per BBC Sport, the club parted with £40 million to sign the star from AS Monaco – despite high expectations as a result of the midfielder’s inclusion on the UEFA Champions League Team of the Season in the season prior, Bakayoko seriously struggled for Chelsea and was quickly cast aside.

According to an earlier report from Get French Football News via RMC Sport, the Parisians have already made official contact with Bakayoko’s agents over a potential move, the club will be well placed in their hunt to sign the ace as transfer chief Leonardo brought the player to AC Milan last season.

After a difficult debut campaign at Stamford Bridge, Tiemoue heading to AC Milan on loan last campaign, the French star managed to get back into his groove with the Italian heavyweights but the San Siro outfit rejected the chance to land the star permanently.

It is not yet known whether new Blues boss Frank Lampard sees the defensive midfielder as a part of his plans, it seems wise for Chelsea to at least give him a chance in pre-season – and if his showings are below-par, the west London club can allow him to sign for PSG.
